Dear friends and supporting churches,                                               8-17-09

The Lord has been doing so much that I will not be able to fit it all in this letter so I will just give you some high lights. God let me meet a lost catholic Philippino lady that is buying up a lot of houses in the Las Vegas area and through a lot of house hunting and much prayer it looks like The Lord is going to finally let us rent an old two bed room house, (1,600 square foot) to start the Timothy House,

(The Mission). We should know by the 23rd of August if we will indeed have it. If all goes well we should be moving in on September 1, 2009 (Praise God!). We Have been carrying this spiritual baby for many years, and it looks as if God is about to finally birth this new ministry. To say we are excited would be a great understatement. We are about to come apart at the seems with great joy!

It will take us about a month and a half before we can keep some men, but we will start preaching, discipling and some feeding in it as soon as the doors are open. Now we are asking God to save this dear Philippino lady, as icing on the cake. Her name is Connie. Please pray that she would come to the Lord through all this.

Matt, my assistant, went to visit some old friends in Amarillo, Texas. He did some preaching and while on the street he led a man to the Lord. The following night he headed up a street meeting with some other preachers from Pastor Glen Stockers good church and four others called on the name of the Lord.

Meanwhile, back in Las Vegas, Brother Ron Henderson, one of our faithful preachers, led a man to Christ this week as well. Praise God!

On a sadder note, Ms. Lou Ella will be moving to Dubuque, Iowa, to help take care of an elderly lady that has had a stroke. She will be attending a very good church there that is pastored by a good friend of ours and who has been Lou Ella’s pastor in the past. She will be greatly missed in this family and ministry. If you have been supporting her since she has been with us I would ask you to keep on supporting her as she just changes battle fields, not going AWOL.

As for the family, they are all doing well with school and their music. Our support is still at 40% and we are praying that God will put us back to 65% soon so we can do more for him.

Serving the Lord on the front lines of “SIN CITY”,

                                                                                             Brother Terrell Bear
